Youness Tihm

Dr. Youness Tihm is an international development specialist, particularly in the political aspects related to the promotion of good governance and inclusive economic growth, with special interest in the rights-based approach to development. For the past 15 years, Dr. Tihm contributed to various national and regional projects with funding from USAID, CAID, FCDO, and the International Labour Organization. He holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship Education and is engaged in research on issues related to education reform, youth empowerment, and women’s economic empowerment.
